Plans, credits and wallet
Review shared funding, subscription state, and available wallet actions.
Open Settings → Plan to inspect the current subscription, balances, and funding actions. Use the prices and limits shown in the app; they can change and depend on the current plan.

The organization wallet funds work across its workspaces. Model usage and sandbox resources contribute to usage; current balances and prices are shown in the app.
Understand the balances
Funding belongs to the shared organization wallet. It is not a personal balance owned by the teammate who initiated a session. Workspaces in that organization draw on the shared funding model.
Plan credits and wallet credits can have different grant conditions. Gift or promotional credits, when present, are distinct from a purchased wallet balance. A small promotional amount in the sidebar is not a complete statement of every available balance.
Review the detailed balance and any expiry or eligibility information shown by the app before relying on a grant.
Subscribe or add credits
Use the plan selection or wallet purchase controls offered to an authorized billing user. Follow the checkout and return to Uno to confirm the resulting state.
Wallet purchases require the eligibility shown by the app, such as an active subscription or qualifying applied gift. If top-ups are locked, read the requirement rather than repeatedly starting checkout.
A checkout return can remain pending while confirmation arrives. Wait for the confirmed state before paying again. If the result is unclear, retain the checkout reference and ask for billing help without including payment credentials.
Maintain billing details
Use the billing contact and customer portal actions to manage the information offered by the current account. Review plan-change timing and any provider confirmation before assuming a change is active.
Refunds and adjustments can change available credit, including an amount owed when refunded funding has already been spent. Inspect the current balance and billing record rather than interpreting a prior receipt as the present spendable amount.
Follow usage
Model usage and sandbox resources contribute to the overall work's usage. Read Usage and limits for the distinction between model activity and recorded billable runtime. A connected model subscription does not remove unrelated machine costs.
