Members and roles
Add existing users and give them the access their work requires.
Open Settings → Members to inspect the people who can access the workspace. Owners and admins manage membership through the controls their role permits.
Add a teammate
- Ask the teammate to create a Uno account.
- Obtain their Uno user ID.
- Open the add-member dialog and enter that ID.
- Select the appropriate role and save.
- Ask them to select the workspace and confirm the expected access.
The current form adds an existing account by user ID. It does not send an email invitation. Confirm the ID rather than assuming a matching display name identifies the intended person.
Choose a role
| Role | Intended responsibility |
|---|---|
| Owner | Workspace ownership and administrative control |
| Admin | Managing workspace configuration and access |
| Member | Running and contributing work within workspace policy |
| Viewer | Reading permitted workspace information without mutation access |
The add-member form offers the roles that can be granted through that action. Ownership is not an ordinary invitation option. Individual settings can have narrower permissions, so use the actual controls and error rather than assuming every action is available to every administrative role.
Remove access
Use the member removal control when someone no longer needs access. Review connected provider accounts and integrations they established as a separate configuration concern. Membership changes do not undo previous code changes or external actions.
Model restrictions are configured separately under Model access. Funding is shared through the organization wallet, as described in plans and credits.
If a teammate cannot see the project, confirm their signed-in account, user ID, workspace, and role before creating another account.
